OpenWRT Snapshot for Xiaomi Mi Router 3G

The detailed instructions to get OpenWRT to work on Xiaomi's Mi Router 3G are updated with links to the latest stable software images, 19.07.3.

As a snapshot release, maybe because Linux kernel 5.4 got included, has been working very well for me, as a bonus also snapshots are now linked.
